Delivery Information and Charges

All goods purchased on-line are dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of your order (subject to Michaela's availability, please note this may take up to 2weeks). Orders that are placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or during holidays will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive an e-mail to confirm dispatch of your order.

We offer the following delivery option.

Mainland UK £1.49

Mainland Europe £2.49

Rest of the World £2.99

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm , Monday to Saturday. If there is normally no one at home , a card will be left to re-arrange delivery. Alternatively, please supply an address that can receive the parcel on your behalf. Parcels will not be left at doors, behind sheds etc.

Failing this the goods may be returned back to our warehouse where an extra delivery charge may apply to either attempt to deliver again, or in the case of refunds, refund the cost of your order less delivery charges. If the goods are returned back to us by yourself, because you no longer want the order, then a refund will be given less any delivery costs that we incurred. (If the shipping was free with your order a £5.95 handling charge will apply, if shipping was classed outside the UK Mainland then the cost of those locations would apply). 

Delivery times over the Christmas period may take longer by a day or two.

Changing order details

If after you have placed your order, you wish to change details, please email enquiries@michaelatabb.com with your order number as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if the goods have been dispatched you must return the items unused with all labels intact (as per Returns below). You will be liable for the postage costs for the goods originally sent/ return postage costs of original goods also the postage costs of the revised order, therefore please check your order carefully.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds can take up to 28 days to show on your statement.   Please note we do not refund postage and packaging costs.  If you have purchased goods over £80.00 and we have provided free shipping if you request a refund, we will still deduct the cost of the post and packaging from the value of the goods sent out to you. 

General Terms

Shipping costs stated on our web site are for guidance only, if large items are ordered then additional shipping costs may apply. Your order is NOT confirmed or processed until you have been notified and are satisfied with these additional costs. You may still cancel your order at this stage.
